Day 3!
(Yesterday, 02:16 PM)samhain Wrote: It's kind of odd that Golden is running the dudes he's most familiar with out of the building.  ADG replaced, Pratt likely out, Wilson suddenly in question.

I don't think Wilson is in question. Golden said he was looking for Logans running mate. As for being the most familiar with the guys who are on their way out of the building, it's because he's familiar with them and wants better players.

Here is my wish list

Sanders -QB
Bond - WR
Mbow - why not double up on young guards
Frazier - 2nd guard
Will Howard - QB - I think he will be a good NFL QB, mre athletic than Burrow and Browning, I think upgrade to QB2 (Mayeb we could then trade Browning for an additional 6th or 7th round pick
Mickens - S
Williams - OT
Pegues - DT who lined up in wildcat
Mills - DT

Round 5 is where I'm targeting Mitchell Evans but the Bengals Defensive Front is still one of the worst in the NFL.

I agree and Golden clearly said he needed to find a running mate for Wilson, then proceeded to not mention Pratt.

They were saying on the NFL channel a little while ago that Sanders may pull himself out of the draft and return to college. It would have to go through court, but that argument's been won in other sports.

Trey is the only reason they aren't #33. They are still bottom 5.

Who do you want?

I think at round 5 you start looking at guys from smaller schools that have been overlooked but have good stats and measureables which could translate to the NFL.

Someone mentioned Zah Frazier earlier in this thread.  That sounds like a good pick to me.

It was won after their draft or prior to the draft?

I disagree and normally repect your opinion. I think you got this maybe wrong since they did not go DT or 2nd DE as you wanted

Not sure. I got out of the car while they were discussing it. They were saying Sanders has dropped so far now he would make more money from NIL if he returned to college one more year.

Another o-lineman would make sense.  Miles Frazier G I'd take.  9.59 RAS.

The Bengals FO also didn't think they needed a Nose Tackle last year... Boy were they wrong.

I think in round 5 in a deep draft like this one, you do that in round 6 and 7. Too early for me, I think team needs to stick to their board if small school player there, you grab him.

That may be even more disastrous for Sanders.  If he loses, then what?  He is not in college, he is not in the NFL.  CFL at that point?
