The 2025 Bengals Rosters Thread: Coaches & Players
Logan Woodside has joined the Steelers. He likely will not last past camp. They lost rookie QB Will Howard to a broken hand.
"We have to play with a Santa Clara standard."

Will Hernandez back with Arizona. Bummer. But sounds like he wanted to stay & they wanted him back.

He did say he wanted to go back to Arizona. I wish him well,, now question becomes how will our OL do tonight? Risner and Scherff are still available, if the OG's play well we likely stick to current OL, if not I hope they one or both them on speed dial for a visit.

Please use 2025 free agency to fix the trenches, not the draft!!!!!!!!

From last game and practice:

S PJ Jules is higher on the ladder than I had him. Might be making a run at Anthony or Anderson for a backup S role.

Charlie Jones is clearly WR4 ahead of Burton.

QB2 may be a battle.

OL depth is iffy. Rivers struggling at OT.

No signings or cuts, just a change to my projected 53. WR6 I. Williams off (to PS), replaced by OT4 Devin Cochran.

Williams did not have a good game receiving, and with Rivers now gettingvlooks at G, and notclooking good at OT, we may need another straight OT. Cochran graded out well.

Roster spots for Browning & Burton are now shakier. C. Jones clearly WR4. McLaughlin gettingvreps could push Lee.

Roster spots for Anderson & Anthony also shaky. PJ Jules pushing both. Now projecting PJ to the PS.

V. Signed to Future's Contracts, Projected Outside the 53 = 11 (78)

These guys do technically take up roster spaces and cap space at the moment. But effectively  they do not, as none of them have any Dead Cap hit if released. These are camp bodies, practice squad types with perhaps a dark horse candidate to make the 53 or two.

But it does give one a better idea if how much space we'd have with a full toster instead of only 44.
