Yeah, I was mostly referencing the walk to the #9 hitter, but he has been mostly reliable. My main problem with him is he is still stuck in this little league mindset of "I'm going to try to blow away this guy with 100% effort on every
pitch throw." Lyon Richardson had that mindset his first time up here a couple of years ago and has shown signs of understanding pitching at this level this time around. Santillan is still stuck on trying to overpower everybody.

Reds now 5-36 in games scoring 2 runs or less. I don’t think the Refs understand the concept, the idea is to hit the ball and score runs, the more runs the better.
