My guess is James Urban if it is an in-house hire.

He is close with Dirk Koetter. If he doesn't get the Tampa Job he would certainly be on the list.

I know for sure it will not be Alexander. He has been here and passed over for the last 4 OC hires. He would have been OC by now if they were ever going to offer it to him.

I know we promoted from within with Guenther and Jackson, but the prior coordinators (Gruden, Zimmer) came from outside the team. If we do promote from within it will be Urban or Zampese.
