I almost want the Patriots to win just to laugh at the people who said "with properly inflated balls, they'll be fumbling all the time and lose a ton!" rather than trying to understand basic science.

This. No surprise that Vlad jumps on the Panthers bandwagon.

Don't get me wrong - the Steelers were as much to blame as the Bengals for last week, but it always seems that those two teams bring out the worst in each other.  I never get a chance to watch the Bengals without the Steelers, so I can't say how chippy their games usually are, but the Steelers mostly seem to play those kind of games against you guys.

Yep !

Make no mistake the Steelers are just as much if not more guilty in the fiasco that is a Cincinnati - Pittsburgh game. The Steelers have done everything in their power to fan the flames and keep throwing crap into the fan. Between social media, pre game puffing up, on the field taunts, coaches even joining in. Brown not being on the field tonight is just as much the Steelers fault as it is the Bengals.

The Steelers pushed the big bully thing to far with the Bengals and it cost them. Simple as that

Perhaps now this thing can die down ? Maybe just maybe both teams have learnt a lesson ?

Brown wouldn't have been on the field tonight anyways if Burfict had brain cells.

Yes, just as long as the bengals learn to accept that the Steelers will always be their daddy and not fight it.

Stellar decisions all day by Tomlin. Good thing he has some great players

They likely lose last week if they play anyone other than Marv.

He may have had PIT ready to compete today, but he did absolutely nothing to help them.  Punting from the 33 was gutless.

Ouch. I must have been playing with the kids when that happened. Do you mean the Broncos' 33? If so, what an awful decision.

Boswell was fantastic for you guys this year. I just looked it up and he hit both of his 50+ yard tries. Plus you had the mile high air.

Even if he didn't trust Boswell, it's worth going for it when you're that close. Was it like 4th and 17 or something?
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

It was 4th and 20 I believe.  That said, I can't hate on the call TOO much as it's not like Denver was an offensive juggernaut with lame duck Manning at the helm

Actually, he might have been.  They only needed 15-20 more yards on their own to get into range, and they had 18 seconds to get it ...

I repped the OP because I assumed his sig pic was the smack.

Then I realized that he was a Bengals fan trying to smack the Steelers for losing after they beat the Bengals the week before. You guys suck at smack.

That's why I hope they never meet each other again in the playoffs. They beat the crap outta each other and severely limit the winning team's chances of moving on any further.

You suck at life. You see we can all throw out lame responses like yours in bold above. I love all you idiots not bright enough to comprehend most of us could care less about smack, our mission is to annoy you, to get in your head and mess you up. I have one Sociopath who has been on tilt for years and his answer is to go around and negative rep me. Then, he attacks me and calls me a girl as we are laugh at his every rant. I don't care about smack trophies, but you keep going for that great prize Pat of best smacker like anyone gives a chit.

I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.

I think when there are two divisional teams in the playoffs, they should be in opposite brackets. Realistically, healthy Bengals or Steelers teams should be able to handle anybody else in the conference. Then you have the bonus of a real war in an effort to get to the Super Bowl, with an even bigger audience watching!

You're entitled to your own beliefs. I would counter with the fact that only one of us thinks making fun of a rival team for beating their team in the playoffs is good smack. Keep trying, sport.

You still suck at life and your smack is not far behind. Go off on someone who cares about one's ability to be great at smack talk. I could care less, my goal is to annoy in the smack forum and I do it well.

So your goal is to look unintelligent? I guess I agree that you "do it well".
