Eggs

Hard boiled and in the shell. But the only thing I use eggs for is anal insertion. I use eggbeaters when I am eating.

So that's where they get green eggs and ham.  I'll never look at an egg the same way now, thanks fred.

Scrambled well done, seasoned with Old Bay. Sometimes with a little bit of cheese if I'm feeling feisty. The well-done part is the most important. Underdone protein makes my entrails quiver.
