According to NFL.com, the cap in 2016 will be 155.27m.

Spotrac list the Bengals as having an estimated 126.2m allocated, which leaves 39m in cap space.

EDIT: I guess the 'actual' number, after everything is included, is about 36.6m...

Top 51 Contracts:
$123,796,474

Dead Cap:
$193,271

Total (All):
$126,239,745

Total (Top 51):
$123,989,745

Est. Cap Space (All):
$36,618,157

Est. Cap Space (Top 51):
$38,868,157

Perhaps they save another $2 million by dropping Nugent and Hunt?

I think the math is off there a little. 155M-126M would be 29M.

EDIT: Ah, I visited Spotrac and see that there is almost $39M if we count the rollover from last year (about $7.5M) and only count our 51 most expensive contracts, which shaves about $2.5M.

It's because of the rollover money (that we won't spend).

Yeah, I saw that. Of course we won't spend the rollover. That was rolled over to pay our own free agents at some point in the future. Certain that this year isn't that future.
