Then I would open up a driving range here in town. A driving range that has games and booze and food and hot waitresses to serve those refreshments.
Have you been to a top golf yet? These things rake in so much money it isnt even funny. I've heard the franchise price point on these things is many many multiples of what were talking about here (let alone secured credit, land, etc).

What's top golf? I've already got the land. Just need to build the building.

RFID chips in the balls that get assigned to you when you buy your bucket. You can track your 'score', play a bunch of different games, etc. They literally have league nights at these things.
Money machines. At least a $5M upfront investment.

Damn it! Someone literally stole my idea. We do not have anything like this in Iowa. At least not that I know of.

If you get a chance I would highly recommend a visit. Looks like they are putting one up in West Chester for all you Cincy boys.
I've heard there is a competitor to this technology that will be coming into the market soon. I'm sure the unbelievable franchise price points these guys put out contributed to that. I'd keep an eye out for that if you already have the land and are interested in something like this.

I'd find a state that just made pot legal. Then I would go to that state and make a smoking lounge for people to relax and smoke. A place for people to go who want to be social but also want to avoid the bar scene.
I'd hook up with local businesses like bakers hoping to be able sell their products in my building. It'd help them gain exposure and make some money.

I've wondered about the legality of that in states where pot is legal, but smoking indoors isn't.
I guess you could do it out doors, but then that's more of just a lot of people sitting around getting stoned in the park.

We have hookah lounges right here in small town KY.

In Colorado it is not legal to smoke in public. So you would have to have a private club.
i actually saw something about this on tv. Most big chain hotels are mostly non-smoking so many people go to Colorado, buy weed, and have no place to smoke it legally. People are already capitalizing on this by opening hotels that allow marijuana to be smoked on premises. This includes the lounge/bar area where it is prohibited in most other hotels.

The cost of the laser is crazy though. It works for her because she's already got a brick and mortar business set up.
sounds like she needs to get better at the putting them on part....
