My wife had reductions surgery quite a few years back due to back pain...and she wasn't quite that big.

Although thinking back on it I dated a girl in college  that was about 4' 9" and had the biggest chest I'd ever seen.  Before we started dating my friend tried to introduce me to her and said her name was "Eileen" (I lean).  And I refused to believe it!   

It was.  

And they were real.

That was one reason my wife had the reduction.  I remember the girl in college complaining that she couldn't buy "pretty" bras because of her size and the price to get ones that fit her.


As to another post here she was nowhere near heavy otherwise.  Plump, normal, but not heavy.  That's not how it works with breasts.
