64 players on roster

Does anyone know what the maximum and minimum for players on an NFL Roster at beginning of league year (where we are now)?  The Bengals have 64 players on their roster at the moment.  The Steelers have 75.  I did not count number of players on other teams roster.  Does anyone know what the max/min roster size is and does anyone know why we would have 11 less players on our roster than pitt?

Our current roster is more poised,stronger,faster,smarter than the stealers.
Therefore each one of ours = 1.172 of their squad

Pretty sure we need 90 by training camp or something like that.

75 until the draft then you can go to 90. Makes sense we hold spots given that we sign a lot of UFA.

we can have 90 that includes unsigned draft picks. till first cut down day.
