Treadwell  and I wouldn't think long about it. Then come back in the 4th with a burner in Listenbee, Peake, or Mitchell.

I know a lot of people like Treadwell, but I just can't get my mind around that 40 time.  BTW, I know Fuller is fast, but he looks slightly built, and an injury waiting to happen.

He's just a different type of receiver, cant worry about that 40 time because he's not that guy. He's not AJ, Julio, etc. He brings a different dimension to the game. If you watch his tape I'm sure you'll like what you see.

Boldin was 6'1 216lbs and ran 4.71. Was offensive rookie of the year and has been to multiple pro bowls. Treadwell is 6'2 221lbs and ran 4.65ish although I've seen quite a bit a variation in that but either way there is definitely a place for him as a starting WR, he could even be a #1 in a couple years. AJ with Treadwell could be the best WR duo in the nfl very quickly.

Same here.  The guy has great footwork and uses his body well, maybe more of a Boldin but TJ is a good example.  Give me that type of WR that is money on a slant route over a Fuller that's really just a go route guy that has a lot to learn and will never have Treadwell's hands and ball skills.  He blocks well, runs the right routes, makes too much sense at Cincy's pick if he's there.

oh you already made the Boldin reference my fault, good info added with the 40 times though.

I never thought of the Thomas and Miller connection from OSU but it is an interesting thought..I mean I sure as hell didn't see the 2 tackle scenario coming into play last year. I think they'll take Doctson. Here is an interesting tidbit also. I live in Germany and I know a few Americans who play in the GFL and every guy I have spoken to says that the German Dude is bonafide. He's tough to cover and is a lot faster than he looks..He'll get a 5th or 6th round flyer taken on him..

All of them should be able to come in and contribute to our team. If it's the first round I'm only taking a look at Treadwell, Doctson, Thomas, and Coleman and seeing the difference in what they can offer. I'm not touching Fuller, Boyd, or Shepard until at least the second round.

Good question. Coleman is who i would take. He is just a big play guy. Green, Coleman and Eifert would be extremely
hard for Defenses to stop on down the road. I like Doctson a touch better than Treadwell just because of Laquan's lack
of speed but both would be great picks as well. Shepard i also like but would like to trade back and grab him.

The coaches really like Michael Thomas too and so do i. Boyd is a 2nd rounder IMO.

Id take Treadwell orDoctson... Want another solid WR with Solid Hands we have big time play makers in AJ and Eifert i want someone ready to go.

guy from OSU might not be a bad grab either (not miller) his ceiling isnt as high but hes ready to go.

Doctson, Treadwell, or Thomas. They keep putting Thomas in the 2nd round making me feel he would be a reach at 24, but I still think he has the most potential. The speedsters are fine (outside of the drops/small hands), but small deep threats aren't really a good fit for Dalton. Not to get into deep ball accuracy etc, but in this offense those type of receivers aren't needed, or won't be utilized fully.

First, I don;t think Treadwell will be there at this pick.. but I could see us passing on him for a bit more speed WR to replace Jones but if we take BPA.. Treadwell will be right in the mix for sure.... I still think we will go BPA and a Defensive lineman wins out over any of these WRs with the depth of 1st round Dlines.

If I had my choice, I'm going Doctson in the first to be that playmaking WR2 and Demarcus Ayers late to be that shifty slot WR that is also a return specialist.
But I'd also like Treadwell or Boyd if not Doctson (but not Boyd at 24).
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

And grab that German dude in the 6th or with an extra pick we get from trading back... Cause thats worth the project if he can pan out. plus how often does one get to draft a unicorn.

Sure, Coleman had some drops but somehow he put up the best numbers in college football last year.

He is the most explosive player in this Draft. I take him in a heartbeat.

Like i said, i like those other guys, i just take the playmaker over them. Coleman is a big play break a game open type of player.

Him with Green and Eifert would be the best trio in the league real soon. In the mean time Lafell will do until Coleman gets his feet wet.

Just my 2 cents.

Think I would have to take whoever is there Treadwell/Doctson/Thomas in that order then try for a speedster/return guy later in Listenbee or the German Blitzkrieg.

I like Doctson over Coleman just based on Baylor's player history. The draft is a crap shoot as we all know.
Tbh, I think I take BPA at 24 and shoot for Thomas (OSU) or Sheppard in the 2nd.

I am not a fan of WR's from the Big 12, mainly because it's hard to tell how much is them or the fact they don't actually play defense in the Big 12. Give me Treadwell or Thomas, but would settle for Doctson or Coleman if they are gone. Fuller just reminds me of a slower Ted Ginn, one trick pony who can't catch all that well.

Give me Treadwell if everyone is still on the board. However, I don't think Thomas or Doctson or too much behind him as far as bigger WR's with good hands. Coleman is right up there as well but his skillset is different and may actually be a better fit with his speed and big play ability to mix with Eifert, Green, and Lafell's size. Any of the 4 and I would be happy.

If we don't trade up......Then I like the player Collinsworth thinks might be on the board that he likes.  I value Collinsworth opinion on WR's because he was a Pro Bowl Bengals WR, and a Super Bowl Bengals WR.  Collinsworth has seen a lot of this WR because his son was on same team. Collinsworth has seen a lot of this WR and says he is one of the fastest players to come out of college in a while. Collinsworth was pretty fast himself. He doesn't say fast for a WR, he says one of fastest players to come out of college in a while. ........Collinsworth says in college teams would double team him and practice all week to not let him beat them deep, yet he burned teams deep every week anyway. Collinsworth says he is also good on screens and slants and gains a lot of yards after the catch with his speed and running to daylight. .....Collinsworth says the knock on him is he dropped some catches in college and his size, but Collinsworth says if teams double cover AJ Green they won't be able to defend this guy.  Either they cover AJ Green one on one, or this guy will eat defenses apart. ..........His name is Fuller from Notre Dame, and Collinsworth who knows Bengals and knows WR's says Fuller added to AJ Green would be hard to defend.

So I take Collinsworths word on Fuller if we don't trade up........and as for a 2nd WR in the draft, I don't see a huge need with the talented free agent signing.  The free agent and Fuller replace Jones and Sanu and with AJ Green and others, our WR's are deep.  The other picks are needed at other positions and areas of weakness or aging players.  .......So I say go round 1 on WR, and then don't draft any more WR's. The talent isn't that deep, and we have other needs.

You can't teach speed. You can coach up route running and catching but you can't teach speed.  Fuller is a home run deep bomb threat with pure speed, but also gains a lot of yards in the short passing plays.  I like what Collinsworth says, that if they double team AJ Green, the defense can't cover Fuller.....and if Fuller forces them to single cover AJ Green, then they can't defense AJ Green. ......Add in Eifert and the free agent WR we just got and our other depth, and our RBs, and it sounds like points on the board to me. .......I value Collinsworth opinion on NFL WR's since he was a Pro Bowl/ Super Bowl WR for Bengals.

Add in rich in tradition Notre Dame....and the Coach Cincinnati Bearcats fans loved now coaching at Notre Dame.....Did he coach both Eifert and Fuller ?........I know he is a good coach who is turning out top WR/ TE draft picks......I don't see much off field problems with Eifert or Fuller, draft pick team leader types. .....I take Collinsworths word, draft him and it all probably gets Bengals deep into play-offs and maybe Super Bowl. .....Dalton and McCarron with many, many weapons on offense.

I don't know where Ohio State RB Elliott goes in draft, but he is Eddie George like and one of the best RB's ever in Ohio State history, which is saying something. We need a WR in round 1.......but unless he gets a bad injury, Elliott should be better than Hill or Gio. ....I would have no problem with him at 1 and a WR at 2....and if we take a WR in 1 and Elliot is still there in 2 you just grab him fast. .....but Elliott will probably go fast with his Eddie George combo of power and long gains for touchdowns speed.   Those Bowl wins and his running against Alabama, Oregon and him just destroying Notre Dame was Jim Brown like.

Could you imagine if the coaches/FO actually used Coleman's height against him?

A 5'10'' WR? No way he'll make it in the NFL. *ignore the star WRs our rivals have*
