Ultrasound With Baby In A Wheelchair?

Anyone good at photoshop that can take a normal ultrasound picture and put a baby in a wheelchair in it?

I'd like something a little more creative than just a wheelchair symbol, but that would be a good start

Something like that, not sure if it had an ultrasound.
