Another Browns QB down

You kept the name in the city   but the accolades went with the team.

the good news for the browns is Hue seems to have the factory working in high gear.

Are you actually that childish to resort to that?

fter extensive talks between the NFL, the Browns, and officials of the two cities, Cleveland accepted a legal settlement that would keep the Browns' legacy in Cleveland. On February 9, 1996, the NFL announced that the Browns would be 'deactivated' for three years, and that a new stadium would be built for a new Browns team, as either an expansion team or a team moved from another city, that would begin play in 1999. Modell would in turn then be granted a new franchise (the 31st NFL franchise), for Baltimore, retaining the current contracts of players and personnel. There would be a reactivated team for Cleveland, where the Browns' name, colors, history, records, awards, and archives would remain in Cleveland.

Just more merry-go-round in Cleveland. Nothing new.

Manziel started week 16 and Austin Davis started week 17 last season. So Kessler will be the 5th different QB in the last 5 games.

Don't worry someday the bengals may fall back down to the Browns level so they can actually compete with cincy. We all know they'll never win more than 5 games with that pathetic franchise that's never even been to a super bowl (yes that one was on purpose lol)

And to answer my own question about 3 starting QB's in 3 games, it isn't because the Browns are actually currently on a longer streak. Kessler will be the 5th different starting QB in the last 5 regular season games. That's impressive

Browns fans clinging to their leather helmet championships as if they meant anything, and actually attempting to use them as smack just conjures up this image of the mighty dawgs:

Oh, but they were so close, in the Bernie Kosar years..  Just ask any Browns fan.  If it weren't for those dastardly Broncos, those would have been the Browns Super Bowls to get blown out in..

Oh, but they were so close, in the Icky Woods years..  Just ask any Bengals fan.  If it weren't for those dastardly 49ers, those would have been an actual Championship instead of puffy chested over two losses.

After only 3 games. Lulz.

That number will continue to grow as the weeks progress.

I just can't pick on the Browns right now. I have just never seen a team devastated year after year the way they are. Bad management may be a big part of the problem, but sheer terrible luck, week after week, has also played a role.

It would be better for the division if they could turn the ship around and compete to keep the division the class of the NFL (which we aren't at the moment).

So who will be the Browns coach in two years after they fire Hue?
