I'm at work . does game broadcast on 1530?

Do not live in Cincy but whatever station is playing it should be doing pregame show presently. 1530 or 700 obviously is where I would start.

I don't know if i heart raido does games, but if it does do 1360 if 1530 doesn't work, or 102.7/700.

if listening online, can also go to Bengals website for the radio broadcast, for future reference that is.

I think the NFL typically blocks all radio broadcasts unless you have GamePass, which is a program NFL supports.
