Geezus, Halfway through the 3rd period and Fitzpatrick only has 84 yards--but the Jets are only behind 14-20.

After that heady start, the Browns are slipping . . . .

28-31.

For a brief, fleeting moment, I understand what it is like to be a Browns fan week in and week out.

So going on 3 weeks now, the AFCN has yet to beat someone outside the division.

Only the Steelers and Ravens have beaten teams with winning records (2 and 1, respectively).

Then the Redskins kinda won too. Which makes it a tie. Nothing in the win column.

And this week you guys have a bye, Steelers have the Ravens, and the Browns have Dallas.

Looks like we are going into 4 weeks without a win outside the division.

Just as the Bengals were after Paul Brown was fired!  [Image: a1c6fb64073c5f22d77d_1.gif]

You'd have a point if Paul Brown brought the Browns to Cincinnati, and changed their name to the Bengals.

It's like one big inbred insestuous division and the Steelers.

Maybe they should combine teams and move them to Jane Lew WVa. Call them the Jane Lew Brangles and replace Welcome to the Jungle with Dueling Banjos.

Or they could do the long overdue realignment of the AFC to make a bit more geographic sense. Dolphins to the AFC South, Ravens to the AFC East and Colts to the AFC North.

Makes perfect sense, so it'll never happen.
