Smith finally gets and unsportsmanlike penalty despite all his antics over the years and its because Burfict flopped.  

But, to be fair, that might be one of the few things Lewis actually coaches the Bengals to do.

I'm not convinced the flop mattered.  You're pretty much not allowed to head butt people whether they go down or not.  

Jerome Simpson's flop may have been more athletic than his flip into the endzone.

You're also not allowed to walk up and stand over players on the ground either and that's what Burfict was doing.
