If he started making decisions off impulse you'd be the first to criticize that also,whoever the next head coach is I hope he knows that it's know pleasing you people

No, it is the quality coachs' jobs.  With that said, Janikowski is the only kicker that I would ever think has a high chance of hitting it past 55 yards.

Even the best kickers in the league struggle from 57 yards.  Most coaches would have done just what Marvin did in that situation.
