I think Browning specifically will play way better than the last time he played these bastids...

Bengals - 31

However, the football gods will not allow for that.

There is just something spooky and weird about that franchise and worse - how they play us.

It’s like one of those generational curses you read about or something. Lolol.

I can’t stand them and hope we pile on to their misery but we shall see.

It's called biased referees given their marching orders by Roger. Just think about how many times the Bengals have been screwed by bad calls by the referees in huge games, including the Super Bowl. Goodell undoubtedly has a hand in that.

I was re-watching the ugly game between the Stoolers and Bengals from 11/26/23

We didn't play great and their D owned us.

Picket did OK. He is mediocre on his best day but I'm kind of glad we aren't playing him again. He used his receivers and TE well against us.

He went a respectable 24/33 with 278 yards (0 TD's)

Freiermuth had 120 yards
Pickens 58
Dionte Johnson 50 <----dude is dangerous IMO

Harris had 99 rushing yards
Warren had 49

I think this game will be TIGHT

I saw that Damonte Kazee lost his appeal and will indeed be suspended for this game and the next two. I'm glad the NFL held the appeal right away.

Saturday will be my official "celebrate Christmas" day. This means finally checking out the Walker's Bluff casino, having an early dinner, and watching a Bengal's victory while playing slots here and there.

Bengals 23
Steelers 20

Mason Rudolph will throw for +300 yards and 2 TDs. It seems that we always struggle against these low quality QBs. The Colts ran all over their defense last week (even with Jonathan Taylor and Zack Moss sidelined), so we gotta keep the running game alive while taking some short passes to our TEs.

Taylor just announced Chase is out per Schefter.

The Pickens drama is being hyped by Tomlin for team motivation. I suspecting a couple of cheap shots / questionable blind side blocks from the team. These butt holes aren’t going down without a fight. This Steelers team will be motivated but I hope we are just as energized. It won’t be a blowout but we sneak by with a win 21 to 20 won in the last minute on aTD by Mixon from the two yard line.

Thanks for re-watching and summarizing. I can only rewatch the victories, not the losses.

Same here, thanks for watching that Whacked. Our Defense needs to play much better as far as limiting the yardage and big plays, but the score
was fine as long as we do our job on Offense unlike that game where Browning wasn't playing well yet. I bet Browning takes that game personally
and plays much better in this one. We will see.

Sounds like rain throughout the game, today. Unfortunately, on paper that would seem to benefit the Steelers, who rely on their run game normally, but especially are expected to today with Rudolph being the QB and Reader being out. On the other hand, getting turnovers can balance out any disparity in the run games.

Wonder who they're going to put in Perterson's place at LCB.  Levi Wallace or James Pierre?

I see. Accuweather is still forecasting rain. Here in Pennsylvania I tend to go with accuweather, since it's out of State College, PA and tends to be quite good for Pennsylvania.

Bengals keep the magic going with another big win. Tee, Irwin,Boyd, Mixon, Brown and Hudson prove too much for Pissburg. Online continues their late season excellence.

Bengals win 27 - 17.
