If Rodgers totally screws the pooch tonight, then Burrow has a chance.

Rodgers plays well tonight and he's a lock.

The voters will decide this week, most likely, knowing that some guys might sit next week.

You're saying there's more football to watch still?

He may not get MVP but he still has a shot at a passing crown.

I think it would be hilarious to have the MVP not make the pro bowl.

Are you sure?  I thought he was still 300 yards or so behind 1st place.

There is still 1 game left, if Burrow plays, he may throw for 1000. We really can't predict what this fool can do! He is worse than Jordan at taking things personally. Imagine passing leader who did not make pro bowl.

Fun fact:

Joe Burrow is the first QB in NFL history to have 400+ passing yards, 4+ TDs, and 0 INTs in back to back games.

Joe Burrow is the tampon of victory. Pull his string? He get's nasty. He really soaks it up.

Rating. He's #2 right now, currently 2 pts behind Rodgers.

Even if Burrow doesn't win MVP, he's worthy of votes so it will be interesting to see where he finishes.

Understood.  But the Passing Title is awarded for yardage.  Currently Brady leads with 4990.  Burrow's 4611 is currently 4th place,

They should wait until the season is over and the playoffs count. Why not, the playoffs count the most!

Hmm. You're right. Has that changed at some point? I thought the title went to the guy with the best rating? Rant

I don't think they'll ever change that, as you can dink and dunk your way to a higher rating than the guys who are regularly taking shots down the field.

Because these are individual awards, and playoffs are the best teams instead of the best players.

Crazy thing is...the guy behind Brady is only like 37 yards ahead of Burrow. Stafford, Carr and Herbert are between Brady and Burrow. Brady should have it locked up though, he's about 380 ahead of Burrow.

Yup.  And I fully expect the coaches to scoreboard watch next week.  The moment that either KC or TN has an insurmountable lead, get Burrow out of the game.
