In all fairness, Ben does have a top 3 NFL line, a solid running back and probably the best receiving core in the NFL.

Mahomes couldn't lead them to the playoffs, let alone a win; at this point in our season with this coaching staff.

Montana Bengal, please step forward and distinguish yourself. So far, you are the only one who thinks Jeff Driskell will lead the Bengals to a playoff win.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Figured the OP would, what with starting the thread and all.
I figure our chances of making the playoffs today are no better or no worse today than they were yesterday.

Even if he goes off next week and gets better each week, he doesn’t have the supporting cast. He would have to lead the team to 50pts each week. Even that might not be enough.

Marvin Lewis will never win a playoff game as a HC. Not with any team, not with any QB.

I'd be surprised if he led to a win in the regular season.

Nope, and neither was Andy Dalton for that matter. Just pointing out the obvious there at the end.
The Bengals have been 1-5 in their last 6 games. How exactly does that transition into the playoffs at all, let alone a win in the playoffs?

Meh, it’s not outside the realm of possibility, just highly unlikely. I will go into Sunday with super low expectations. If we win? They will remain low.
