refugees normally dont want to be where they end up. That's part of the problem where some people want them to assimilate. To them they aren't assimilating as they aren't planning on staying. They're waiting until they can go home.

good program. But as someone else mentioned, wouldn't happen here. Would be politicized as wasted spending or oppressing minorities, depending on which side was complaining
