Google again...leaked email
#1
Leaked email from this arm of the democrat party pushing to get out the Latino vote obviously to help Hillary.

Sounds noble...

We worked very hard. Many people did. We pushed to get out the Latino vote with our features, our partners, and our voices. We kept our Googley efforts non-partisan and followed our company’s protocols for the elections strategy,” the email begins. “We emphasized our mission to give Latinos access to information so they can make an informed decision at the polls, and we feel very grateful for all the support to do this important work.”

But then oops!....do I hear some backfire?!?!

“Ultimately, after all was said and one [sic], the Latino community did come out to vote, and completely surprised us. We never anticipated that 29% of Latinos would vote for Trump. No one did,” the executive wrote.

Did they actually use the word "Googley"?

And the leaks keep getting bigger.

Confidential video leaked of Google democrat execs having a group hug after the election of Trump.

https://therightscoop.com/nightmare-breitbart-reveals-leaked-confidential-video-of-dismayed-google-execs-talking-about-thwarting-trump-after-2016-election/

Face it, the Trumpster was right again.

What is wrong with trying to get more Latinos to vote?

The fact that Google execs were upset when Trump won does not mean they did anything wrong. I am sure that there were plenty of big oil executives who cried when Obama was elected, but that does not prove they did anything wrong.

As usual Trump was not correct about anything.

This is great. Given it means nothing in the big picture as there's no indication of wrong doing, just a bias. But reading some quotes from the video makes me very happy.

Gonna try to "google" the video when I get home just so I can see this Ruth Porat character

No doubt. Trump did very poorly with the wealthy, educated population.

No indication of wrongdoing, but it's still wrong.

I will say I've watched the video now that I'm home. It's its own reward.

You're not alone. I'm sure many here share your sentiments.

Why is it wrong?

Are you saying people are not allowed to be upset when the candidate they support loses?  Or does that just apply to liberals?

Personally I think it's wrong when the leaders of a company, that does not work in partisan politics, makes known their political bias. I obviously presents a hostile work environment for any underling that may have political views other than theirs. I'm not saying these leaders are not allowed to express their ideology, but this was quite extreme.

Then you must think a large number of businesses in addition to Google are also wrong.

Here are 100 to start out with.  Wonder why you have not expressed any moral outrage over what they are doing?

Individuals can be upset as much as they choose.
Never said they weren't allowed. It has good entertainment value. Watching those Hildebeest supporters cry on that day was priceless.

But it's not a good look for a company in this business. They have the power suppress or block information and viewpoints just because they don't jive with their views... to hold a meeting of executives in order to vent or plan a course of action because they disapprove of the election results is telling.... it revealed the extreme bias of  Google.
Whoever controls the media controls the people.

No siree Fred, not a good look, not a good look at all.

That's why the video was confidential...what we suspected all along is confirmed.. that Google is just another liberal rats nest.

He seems stunned that a lot of people believe differently than he.

When you only quote a portion of a post to try to make a point. I know you cannot dispute the point made.

If any company's leadership creates a hostile environment by calling folks opposed slurs such as bigot, xenophobe, ect.. then I feel it is wrong. Same as I would feel if that leadership called folks communists. Obviously you do not.

People have a lot of nerve not liking a man accused of sexual assault by over 20 women, who cheated on 3 wives, paid off porn stars and prostitutes to keep them silent, bragged about sexual assault, and is under FBI investigation involving colluding with a foreign enemy to attack America.

Disgraceful people, the nerve of them to not like someone like that.

Wait, so them being surprised that 29% of Latinos voted for Trump means they were engaged in an effort to use google to get Hillary elected?

NFL team released player for political protest.

"No Problem.  Private businesses are absolutely entitled to fire players who do not agree with the politics of the team owner."

Google exec says something bad about Trump.

"WAAA!!  WAAA!!  It's not right for a private business to make their political beliefs known to employees.  That creates a hostile work environment!!"

After hearing what Trump calls them, yes, a little surprising to still have that support.  Same with women voters who don't care if Trump is a misogynist.

He will still make America great again.

https://www.cnn.com/2016/11/02/opinions/why-some-latinos-back-trump-reyes/index.html
Thus we have Latina Trump supporter A.J. Delgado insisting that Trump did not insult Latinos when he called immigrants "rapists" and criminals. Or the head of Latinos for Trump, Marco Gutierrez, on MSNBC warning of "taco trucks on every corner." Their positions make more sense when we see them as a result of years of ingesting inaccurate stereotypes and fear-mongering.

In a perfect world, no one would vote for Trump, given his bigotry, misogyny, Islamophobia and xenophobia. He is unqualified in virtually every relevant way for the presidency. Still, those who choose to support him have the right to do so, regardless of their ethnicity or background.
