How do you feel after this win?

I disagree, many point to the 2015 Steeler playoff lose as the turning point to our downfall . A win can start to change the culture of a team more than one player, I hope we win our last 2 games with our backup QBs that will go even more to putting us on right track than one Olineman will.

Consequences be damned. That was awesome and I had a blast watching it.

I’m unsure who to take if Sewell isn’t there. Wish there was a DT or DE worth a top 5 pick. If we get Surtain and let WJ3 go I’m not sure the team gets better we’ll just be in a better cap situation and just swapping out a proven CB for an unknown. If we take Chase we have a deep threat but if we cant run the ball or pass block we’re in the same situation of throwing the ball to much and putting Burrows in a bad spot. Paraons is a good linebacker prospect but if we can’t rush the QB or cover it won’t matter. I’m not a huge college football guy so if there another player in the top 5 you’d think is a good fit I’m all ears.

As a long time Bengals fan, getting a win is a great feeling, but beating the hated rivals, the Steelers, on Monday Night Football is very pleasing, but what makes this win over the Steelers even more special, is that it hurts their record in the division. This win may not do much for our record, but it puts the Steelers in a must win for the last two games of the season against the COLTS and the Browns in Cleveland. That will be the biggest game of the season. Finley played well, making plays on his own and scoring TD was very impressive.

Why can we beat teams like the titans and steelers but look completely clueless the rest of the season?

I know the steelers are playing bad ball right now. (not sure why)  But i think they fell for the trap game as they call it.

IT was good to see these guys play hard considering many probly arent considered starters.

Any pick we make is an unknown in the NFL since none have played, Chase, Surtain and Sewell as viewed as top in their position,

ZT out coached Tomlin last night and it was great to see. We are a young team so inconsistent goes with it but 2 wins against playoff bound teams is a good start to changing the team.

The planets were aligned just right for this to happen. I don't care how many wins or losses, just as long as every year 2 wins come from beating the Steelers.

Not really if you cant beat any of the teams you are suppose to beat.  3 wins in a year is a not a good start to anything. and definately not the leap you want to see year 1 to 2 when giving the offensive mind the best qb in the draft.

All we are doing right now is potentially hurting draft slot.

Nice to see us beat the steelers.. But it would better for it to mean anything.

It was fun to watch the squeelers lose.

The most perplexing part was we didn't need Burrow, Mixon or half a game of Boyd to win!?!?? WTH!?!?!?!

Nice to beat the Steelers.

I feel like Taylor was coming back anyways. The coordinators probably stay too.

Man the defense was physical too.

Steelers have severe problems. 1 of Ben's ints was right to defender and the fumbled snap was bad too.

How many times in bad seasons do we see this team play well at the end of the year to prevent needed changes? Then the good play doesnt carry over to next year.

It's great that they won.  But if you can win with so little talent against a clearly superior opponent then what exactly was going on earlier in the year?

Simple, they didn't establish the run and the defense played absolutely terrible.

It's going to be a balance with a talent like Burrow but you have to stick to the run in the NFL.  But to do that you need good defensive play because you will have 3 and outs.  Early in the season the Bengals didn't get that so they were behind in most games (Indy being the exception).  ZT way too pass happy with Burrow back there.  Had no choice to do otherwise with Finley.

They looked flat for whatever reason. I feel like something may be wrong with Roethlisberger too. His arm is gone, but he made terrible reads too.

Beating playoff wins is good. But to change the culture, you really need to start beating bad teams and finishing with a winning record.

This win increases the likelihood Taylor and Anarumo stay, but I enjoyed the win because the Bengals beat the most-hated rival and also didn't lose draft position.

The passing game was terrible, but the Bengals capitalized on the turnovers (17 points), and Finley was able to make some critical plays with his legs.

If the Bengals had Burrow and the defense played like that consistently, the Bengals would have (many) more wins.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Patience has paid off!

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Who knows? How did the freaking Jets take down the Rams?

The NFL makes no sense from week to week. If it did, there would be no sportsbooks left in Vegas.

That's just it. With Burrow, the defense played generally poor. Like its incapable of playing well on offense and defense at same time.
