Nurse is Unhappy with Pacman Jones Case

I swear to god, if they keep Pacman, that's bullshit.

Prior to him making a scene at the hotel, he got kicked out of a casino that partners with the Bengals.

I work as a credit clerk for a small company; I interact with my employer's customers and vendors all the time. Now, Imagine me getting drunk and kicked out of my vendor's establishment. I would get fired on the spot right?

Why not here? Do the Bengals not give a **** about how their business partners perceive them?

Yeah, he needs to go. All of this on top of him being old, slow and terrible in coverage.

But the reality is he will get inked to a 3 year deal. A shame.

I've turned a blind eye to Pacman's crap for a long time. Started to see the truth in the playoff meltdown. The guy is a scrub. He can give bikes away and act like a model citizen all he wants but the truth will always come flying back in our faces. Cut this loser.

What kills me is the prosecutor, Joe Deters, waiting to see what the NFL/Bengals do ! I mean WTF ?

The law applies to all of us equally no matter the repercussions from ones employer. Deters says "he may be fined 2 million dollars" or whatever. How can Deters pick and choose who civil law applies to and who it doesn't based on their employers opinion ?

Grow a pair Mr. prosecutor and take a stand for the nurse who got spit on.

July 2005 : Arrested on assault and felony vandalism after nightclub incident.
Sept 2005 : in another incident Police discovered Jones in violation of not reporting to parole office. Judge added 90 days to parole
Feb 2006 : In another incident courts drop a marijuana charge while seeking felony and misdemeanor charges of obstruction of justice.
Aug 2006 : Jones arrested on disorderly conduct and public intoxication at night club Judge gives him 6 months probation provided he stay out of trouble and nightclubs.
Oct 2006 : Jones sited for misdemeanor assault on a woman. NFL Titans suspend him 1 game.
FEB 19th, 2007 : THE LAS VEGAS SHOOTING CASE. Jones charged with one count felony coercion, one misdemeanor count battery, one misdemeanor count threat to life.
June 2007 : Las Vegas D.A. charges Jones with 2 counts felony of Feb Las Vegas Shooting Case.
June 2007 : Civil law suit filed against Jones over Las Vegas Shooting Case
Nov 2007 : Jones accepts a plea deal on Las Vegas Shooting Case
Dec 2007 : Jones pleads NO CONTEST to misdemeanor of conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct in Las Vegas Shooting Case.
2007 : Jones suspended by NFL the entire season.
Oct 2008 : Jones in altercation with body guard. NFL suspends Jones 4 more games. Jones enters a halfway house for drug rehab
Jan 2012 : Jones loses civil law suit over Las Vegas Shooting but appeals it.
Jan 2015 : Jones loses appeal. Forced to pay one person 11 million dollars and another wounded night club worker 1 million dollars.
Jan 2017 : Jones arrested on obstructing official business, disorderly conduct, and felony charge of harassment with a bodily substance.

I type all this to let you know that this is not Jones first rodeo. The Judge is going to see all this. The NFL is going to see all this. The very fact that he plea bargained and entered no contest in the Las Vegas Shootings and lost the civil suit paying out 12 million in damages shows his involvement in the 2007 shooting case, plus the NFL didn't suspend him a year for nothing. He is suppose to be on his good behavior, and Jan of this year 2017 throws that out the window.

Sources on internet say Bengals don't have to mention Jan arrest and can cut him claiming declining NFL skills. If this is true, Bengals should cut him and resign Kirkpatrick before they have Kirkpatrick gone and Jones suspended and/ or kicked out of NFL and/ or in prison. Cut Jones and keep Kirkpatrick so we have at least Kirkpatrick. But, the Bengals never do anything smart, so I expect the stupid. They will let Kirkpatrick leave to hang on to this 10 time loser. Then he won't even be allowed to play. That will leave Bengals with very green Dennard and Jackson in first game ever and coming back from injury. NFL QBs will attack them all season long, and destroy them in 2017 season. Yes, I expect Bengals to do this, the stupid thing. Jones suspended all 2007 and did not play in 2009. 2 years with Titans and 1 year with Cowboys. 7 years with Bengals. Over Rated In Cincinnati. It's fitting though that this criminal wear stripes.

As for assaulting the nurse, Pacman has a long criminal record of assaulting women, which makes him a real big man. This NFL player can assault women. What a big man. What a big man. Looking over his police record I see 5 separate incidents where he assaulted women including the Las Vegas Shooting and the January arrest of this year. This is 5 times of assaulting women that we know about. No telling how many other women he has enjoyed assaulting. Such a big tough football player attacking women. What a brave guy. What a hero. Maybe the NFL can give him that Man Of The Year Award for off field leadership. Give it to him for assaulting women, maybe NFL and Bengals are proud of that also. For those of you who say he is still your hero, you have a very low bar on your hero worship.

It's far too late to be called "sending a message", but at this point if you don't release him you are sending an entirely different message...and a bad one at that.

If memory serves wasn't there another incident say 4 or 5 years ago involving Jones hitting a woman at a club ? There was a video of it. Not sure if any charges were filed or not ?

As I say, on Wikipedia of Pacman Jones there are at least 5 separate incidents of assaulting women. If your memory is correct, that would make 6.  Since there are 6, and since there is a pattern, there is no telling how many more women he has assaulted.  We know there are 5 different women on the police record over the years.  What a guy. What a hero.  So if he assaulted your Mom, or your Wife, or if not married-your girlfriend, or if he assaulted your sister or your daughter, Think about That.  Would your only thoughts be Bengals Football ?  Would you be OK with him assaulting your mom if this criminal gave you his autograph ?

Those rules didn't apply to me back in the bad boy daze. If the Bengals keep him I may skip the season.

It's looking like 6-10/8-8 anyway

Deters was just on 700 WLW....First off the first paragraph says that he told her to leave and she would be called...Deters on the radio just now said he has not ever spoken to this woman or her attorney...Not in person, by phone, email or even a fax....he has had no contact with her. I believe he also said that he was seeing what direction the NFL might go before continuing, not that he was waiting for their decision. You all come on here and say that a professional should not be a role model and should be treated like any other citizen yet when he states that other cases are handled in this same manner as to protect their jobs or such now it is wrong in your eyes.

That aside...Letting Jones go I have no problem with...He has been given enough opportunities and should be shown the door after this incident.

I do though give very little credit to this story just from her comment that she spoke with Deters and he said that. I doubt the DA is going to go on public radio and say that he has never talked to her if not true.

but that is this man love of jock world problem.  Everybody doubts the woman's story.  This is the 6th woman assault for Pacman on record, so there could be more. In all 6 the woman assaulted was always as if on trial, just as in rape cases.  I must point out 6 different women.  Since 2005, 6 different women. Often the police as witnesses. 6 different women. 6 different women.  At what point do we start believing these women. At what point do we get off this man love thing for super jocks.  I would say after 6 women assaults on his police record in 12 years, it's safe to say this guy assaults women.  Also, he has been found guilty of most of these.  He has paid out 14 million in damages and been given prison sentences and has been suspended 19 NFL games over this stuff.  If I was the judge, and Pacman should be happy I'm not.  If I was the judge, unless this woman has a history of false charges, I'm going on Pacmans history of women assaults. Plus I'm looking at his resisting arrest which is also nothing new.  I'm looking at times judges were nice and gave him probation after probation.  I'm slamming the gavel down on Pacman and giving him a year in prison at least, no probation, to make up for all the times he got probation.  To make up for all the women assaulted, all the police he has given a hard time to, all the courts time he has tied up and wasted since 2005,  and as judge I'm thinking the jail time he has dodged.  If I was judge he would be wearing stripes in prison. If Bengals or NFL tried to buy me off, I would be sending them to prison also.  Pacman should pray he doesn't get a judge that looks at his long awful police record.

I believe the woman, a believe the police, I believe Pacman has a long history of being a punk to women and police.  It's time a judge gave him some prison time WITHOUT PAROLE.

Meh, people are still pushing the "the Bengals are all criminals" narrative because of guys who haven't been on the team since 2010...no sense depleting our secondary in the hopes that we somehow get some credit for a change.
