I voted for old Ross twice. I remember well.

The past 5 years have been particularly bad. I understand the gridlock during the Obama years. But when one party runs the House, Senate and POTUS, you'd sort of expect something would happen, eh.

It's EXACTLY how I hope and expect the Senate to work when legislation doesn't have bipartisan support.

Well, the Senate normally requires 60 votes....so, yes, they should.
