Bill's had his shows removed from TV, his statue removed from Disney, and so on and so forth.  The Jared thing is pretty new and it's unclear what went on but I can assure you public approval of people who perpetuate the sexual abuse of children isn't so high.  Just google Bill Cosby...people have been going ape over this for months.
