Presidential Trolling: Photo credits in the picture plus an additional shout out on the Tweet itself to the Muslim photographer
Multi-dimensional Trolling: Incorrect date on the framed photo. MSM foams at the mouth to prove Trump Tweeted something incorrect and ends up promoting this Tweet and showing photo of the full crowd all over their networks. They don't know what hit them until it's far to late.
