Funny story. I played his course in the Bronx last year with some clients. Who knows what it cost, 200M+ I'm sure, but what a piece of shit. Winds coming in from the Atlantic and no absolutely no tree coverage makes it basically worthless from a competition perspective. Caddie was a Jamaican woman who worked at one his courses there, she was the highlight. Certainly could have found someone in the 50 obv. Also the club house was 2 double wides stacked together. ***** embarrassing for the price point. But whatever, he'll just write that bankruptcy off and go on with that shitty swing and tear up someone else's course with that right shoulder dip divot. Chump ass *****.
