Reds celebrate the Bengals
#1
On opening day, Apr 12, Jonathan India will receive his MLB NL Rookie of the Year award from NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Ja'Marr Chase.

QB Joe Burrow will then throw out the first pitch to "catcher" Bengals Head Coach Zac Taylor

Fueled by the pursuit of greatness.

Absolutely love to see it.

I'm more worried about a shoulder injury from Burrow on the first pitch than I am about the Reds winning it's going to be a long year for the Reds

That’s the only thing the reds will be celebrating this year

Just because Zac is playing catcher on this first pitch; doesn't mean he has the skill set required to be a major league catcher..

That's awesome. Love it.

But, alas, it will be a long season for the Reds. Shame too, since they were a player or two away from legit competing.

Until football starts again, I say LET'S GO RANGERS!!!!!

They should have his new highly paid body gaurds escort him on the field

He’s so competitive hrll try to register 90+ on the gun. Id be more worried about zac catching one in the face, especially if it has movement on it, lol.
Go Benton Panthers!!

That and the final game of the regular season...
I'm gonna break every record they've got. I'm tellin' you right now. I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but it's goin' to get done.

Good news is that it will be impossible for Joe to have the worst opening day pitch ever. Eric Davis' reaction makes me laugh every time.

Jonathan India and Tyler Stephenson both were at the Super Bowl supporting the Bengals. Took a bunch of pics with tailgaters. The Reds won't be good, but both Cincinnati teams have some talented young guys who seem to be committed to the city.

India's numbers for the full season were decent. Good enough to win ROY but not All Star level. But if you look at the 2nd half of the season he had 15 home runs and a slugging percentage over .500 (100 points higher than his first half). Those are All Star numbers.

India could be a real star.

But the team will be trash this year.

BTW...The Reds should have done this for the second game when the attendance goes from 40,000 to about 12,000.

The Reds are feeding off the success of the Bengals in hopes of their own success this year. We are currently in first place. Won't last long.

They will do one of those 8-3 starts followed by a 20-45 run,

Hopefully Joe Brrrrr will offer to buy the Reds or a chunk of them from Castellini after he gets his mega contract, just like Mahomes did with the Royals.

Joe B. will get a complete 180 reaction from the fans that Andy Dalton got at GABP. I always felt bad for Andy when that happened. Never thought he deserved that because he gave 100% of himself for the Bengals and he's a really good dude. I don't think the fans will react like that for Joe.

The Bengals-Reds symbiosis is so kewl. I love it. I think it really helps out each fan base. Burrow will be a rock star on opening day. Holy crap.
