This is what happens when we depend on a legalized version of a Ponzi scheme. The real issue is we have known about it for decades, but politicians choose to push it along to the next guy rather than making the tough decisions.

I thought this was widespread knowledge? Between that and the dwindling value of the dollar, I've driven people mad with my constant (and very true belief) saying that I'm going to have to work until the day I'm dead to be able to provide for myself and my family.

Ah well. I can barely stand being on vacation; I'm not sure I could handle retirement.
