Not being a Muslim is a rejection of their faith.   If you choose to be (insert religion or atheism here) you are rejecting Islam.

That is where I am drawing that from.

So you're using the word incorrectly.

That is not what the word means, semantically, or according to Islamic law. You're just plan wrong, here. No other way to say it.

He doesn't understand the definition of that word either.

Maybe his buddy Daniel (larry) can help....

Here comes a lawsuit claiming they are being discriminated against because of their religious beliefs.

Way to spread the hate. Why not just fire them? Can you fire a church leader? Is it more literal when it's a holy firing?

If the congregation thinks the same way as the pastor, and they most likely do or at least the majority of the congregation does, then that guy and church won't go anywhere, which says a lot about that church or churches.

I think there could only be a lawsuit if the property owners terminated their lease and kicked them out, since they have a valid lease through a bit of 2017. After that, they can just not renew the lease, forcing the church to go elsewhere

they wont have to go anywhere until their lease is up. once thats up, its time for them to move on if the property management company doesn't renew (which from this it looks like they wont)

https://www.yahoo.com/gma/orlando-repeated-no-place-safe-former-isis-captive-152605989--abc-news-topstories.html

Quote:A former ISIS sex slave urged Congress Tuesday to more aggressively fight the terror group and offered her condolences for the massacre in Orlando, saying she's not surprised by it.

Nadia Murad, a Yazidi who escaped captivity in 2014, told the Senate Homeland Security committee that "the USA must act. We must terminate Daesh (ISIS) and all such terror."
"Daesh will not give up their weapons unless we force them to give up their weapons," she testified, with the assistance of a translator. "The Yazidi people cannot wait."
Murad called on the U.S. and other countries "to establish a safe and protected zone for Iraqi and Syrian religious minorities," which President Barack Obama has repeatedly rejected......

Murad detailed how she and thousands of Yazidi women and girls were enslaved and raped by their ISIS captors. She recounted how six of her brothers and her mother were executed by ISIS in a single day.

Murad said she escaped to Mosul where a Muslim family helped her obtain fake Islamic identification that enabled her to escape ISIS territory.
"I was freed, but I do not (have) the feeling of the freedom because those who have committed these crimes have not been held accountable," she said.

Rejection and Apostasy aren't the same thing. One doesn't require you to first believe the thing you no longer believe, one does.
