All smart-assery aside, what is the most losses to 0-win teams a team has ever had in a season? We are a mere 5 weeks in and we are 0-5 with 2 losses coming to winless teams (yea, can't count the Seahwks obviously).

That rookie QB is going to solidify his spot in the league against the Bengals. Jacksonville is a loss.

I agree.  Minshew is going to beat our defense like they stole his jean-shorts.

Thought we were loooong past the days when the season was over by Columbus Day. Guess not.

He sucks! We always find a way of making Rookie QB’s look amazing.

Quote:3. Cincinnati Bengals (0-4)
How did we get here?

Is there a more blandly terrible team than the Bengals? Cincinnati ended the eternal purgatory of the Marvin Lewis era this offseason, hiring Zac Taylor presumably because he once had a cup of coffee with Sean McVay. But they changed little else and had a troublingly quiet offseason. (Let me tell you, googling “Bengals offseason moves” is pretty high up on the Google Search Misery Rankings, which are coming next week.) The Bengals entered 2019 looking like one of the NFL’s worst teams, and so far, they’ve lived up to that billing. Through three weeks, before Monday’s trouncing at the hands of the previously winless Steelers, the Bengals ranked 31st in DVOA. Sure, A.J. Green is hurt, and the team has lost a few close games, but it’s tough to explain this. Fans could soon find themselves pining for the mediocrity of the Lewis era.

How miserable is it?

The Bengals have an Andy Dalton decision to make. The 2011 second-rounder, who is somehow a three-time Pro Bowler, has seen his team make the playoffs five times (and win zero playoff games) during his tenure. But Cincy can move on from the Red Rifle this offseason and not eat dead cap money. It may sound enticing, but unless the Bengals find themselves in the running for Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa, can we be sure that they’ll be getting an upgrade? Dalton is the kind of quarterback who can steer a talented team to January. There’s no guarantee his successor could do the same.

Acting like this game was all Daltons fault is nuts ! Nearly every player on the team took their turn at a bonehead play. To many dropped passes, penalties, fubars, play calling was really bad at times, defense gets gashed outside on a regular basis, just on and on.

Having said that anyone that pretends Dalton didn't have his share of snafu's in this loss is being disingenuous.

The interesting thing with Arizona is teams killed us with misdirection this year...but the Cardinals really didn't do a lot of it. They just lined up and beat us.

On defense, their offensive line was bad...but we got very little pressure on Murray. And we could't stop them on 3rd down.

They had a lot of injuries too. Pharoah Cooper who was here for a week had a great catch against us.

Murray is just a better QB than Dalton.

Dolphins are by far the worst team, not even close either. Then the next tier of bad teams are the Bengals, Jets and Redskins. Broncos are almost with them, but are playing right now so we'll see, but I think they are better than any of them.

Who knows that Del Rio didn't say in the interview that the Bengals LB's sucked and he wanted to sign some free agents. We know they had philosophy differences...or that's what was reported atleast.
