Isn't that what NFL Game Pass does?

Worst case scenario, see if they have a free trial.

If you have NFL Sunday Ticket, overnight they will broadcast a snap to whistle version of every play that you could record.  Although if you could do that, I would think you would be recording the whole game right now.

Lastly, if it is one of the best games played this week, it will get replayed on NFL Network during the week.
