Those are the balls that are usually dropped due to sheer surprise by the defender that the ball is there.

Why the hell was Hubbard just standing there looking at Winston on that interception?!

Ended up working out in our favor and maybe he was scared of hitting the QB because he’d get fined, but I was screaming at the TV!
