Didn’t we play them here when the remnants of Irene (I think) came through? I was at the game and they couldn’t throw the ball 20yds into the wind.

Marvin was mic’d up for that game and he said something along the lines of “Its kind of windy down here Brat’” through the headset to Bratkowski, as if every last person in that place couldn’t tell. The more wind there is the more important the run game becomes. If the Bengals and Titans decide to pass in today’s windy conditions I expect a lot of interceptions by both defenses. Both Joe Burrow and Ryan Tannehill are touch passers who lack the arm strength to throw a ball so hard it remains undeflected by the swirling wind.

I remember the Bengals kicking net blowing all the way across the field during halftime of that Irene game. Crazy! I had no idea how bad those winds actually were until I was driving home from the stadium and saw all the damage everywhere.

It’s cold and windy; I was thinking about going to the game but I’m staying home to watch instead. The tickets for the game against the Giants are reasonably priced so maybe I’ll dress warm and go to that one. Tickets to see the Bengals play the Cowboys are way out of my price range!
