Very important to see what Biden's attorney did not say in his statement. He never said the text was not accurate. Why? He also said the whistleblower (gay Democrat) was biased, a typical attack used to discredit a witness.

What would happen to me if I failed to report millions of dollars of income to the IRS? The Trump CFO was charged with tax fraud. Hunter Biden did the same and he is not being put in Riker's prison. Why?

It is not illegal for Hunter Biden to use his father's name in a discussion so just the presence of Joe's name in a supposed text or email by Hunter is not evidence of a crime by Joe. This is where all the brouhaha from Republicans fall short. They have yet to make any connections between Joe himself and any scheme of Hunter's. When they do, let me know.

That only connects the money to Hunter. He sent a message. He received the money. You have no evidence that Joe was actually there, that he was aware of the message, or that he was aware of or received any of the money.
You have to take the next step...find something that PROVES Joe was in the room, that Joe received money and did something illegal with it. You know real evidence of wrongdoing.

I agree, see more of the whistleblowers attorney interview yesterday. The DOJ shut down verifying if Joe and Hunter were in the same room. They got a search warrant for Hunter's Apple iCloud account and how they verified the message on the WhatsUp application. The point is the IRS was stopped fro trying to gather evidence by the DOJ.

MARK LYTLE: None of those people knew about any allegations of this information. In fact, the IRS didn't have the agents assigned to the case, actually weren't allowed access to the laptop. So they're concerned about that, about not being able to follow up on leads. And I think it leads to a question about the WhatsApp message that's been getting everybody's attention. So, it's really important to note in the testimony right around page 190, this is Exhibit 11 to Gary Shapley's testimony before the House Ways and Means Staff. It's important to note that this WhatsApp message did not come from the laptop or any nefarious source. Gary Shapley testified that they did a search warrant. They got a hold of Hunter Biden's iCloud account and they did a search warrant to Apple, to the Apple Cloud, where they accessed Hunter Biden's WhatsApp messages, iMessages and other information. And so this is credible. This comes from a credible source, and it's information that's very relevant to the dealings with the Chinese energy company and the income that Hunter Biden received. Now, I will say this. You'll see in the testimony that the agents wanted to follow up on this and the prosecutors told them not to because, oh, well, maybe Hunter Biden was puffing or something like that. So the agent said, well, let's get the GPS location of the two of the father and the son, and let's see if they're actually in the same room at that time. And the prosecutor said, we're not doing that. So closed another door on the investigation to make what is relevant to this case. And this happened over and over and over again. And that's why Gary Shapley wanted to come forward and make sure everyone could see and this could see the light of day.

I have heard that person caught with several kilos of cocaine is likely to get a harsher sentence than someone caught with an ounce,
though both are charged with possession.
Perhaps the answer to your question lies somewhere in the counts against each?

Very serious accusations involving Hunter and Joe Biden. Also very serious accusations against the FBI and DOJ slow walking or not investigating these serious allegations.
Weiss and Garland will need to testify under oath to both Senate and Congressional committees. My guess is Wray will also be testifying. The big question becomes when will the committees subpoena Hunter to testify on these accusations? My understanding is they are unraveling the money he was paid and want to have all of the answers to their questions prior to him being forced to testify.
Hunter deserves the right to defend himself.

Well they have that "unraveled" money flowing to Hunter Biden, which over 10 years could be as much as.1 percent of what
Jared Kushner got from the Saudi's in one bundle after leaving office.
What they need is a tape, like a phone call to China saying that "China Intitiative" thing is really bad,
but maybe if China announces an investigation into Ivanka Trump it could end, you know? Something like that.
But wait--can't prosecute a sitting president, right? Or at least we couldn't a couple years back.
The allegations have been VERY serious for two years now, but my guess is they have become SUPER SERIOUS with
the latest round of whistelblowers.
I'd say its all over for the Bidens, except for the evidence, which isn't quite there yet but could roll in any day now.

They found HB and his underreporting of over 8.3 million and counting. They found the cheat HB who committed fraud by saying he paid $25,000 for a golf membership but it was for a sex club.

It is strange you use two known business people to denounce the innocence of Hunter Biden. Help us out, what business in China, Ukraine and Romania is HB in exactly? If Ivanka underreported her income in foreign countries by over 8 million dollars, she too should go to jail. But, I guess I missed where she committed a crime.
HB admitted he committed crimes. The question becomes is will he be treated fairly, the same way others were treated for their crimes?
