This sounds delicious.

Oh, it is. If you find a good German restaurant you can usually get the more American version. If you can find a really good German restaurant you can get the real version.

No more, haven't had cake in a few years.....

Same for me.  When I was allowed to eat cake, I loved Angel Food, though.

One that's underrated a lot (but I think we do/did have a poster named for) is urinal cake.

No, the taste isn't as good, but it keeps things smelling better.

Funnel. All day, erry day..

Raspberry Zingers

On a more serious note I love wedding cake...it's just really good.

Then there's what my wife makes that's really good too.
First one is just regular Betty Crocker yellow Cake mix mix up as normal except for putting a box of Jiffy Cornbread mix in mix up with it and baked as the directions on the cake box say.

Second is the same as above except use a Vanilla or Chocolate instant Jello Pudding mix in the place of the Jiffy Cornbread mix.

Both are very tasty.

This, this right here.  I've yet to try it, but it's just one of those things that I know will be an instant favorite.

Mother in law is supposed to make this for Thanksgiving.  However, wife and I may do a "test run" on the recipe...

Does lasagna count as a "savory" cake?
