Literally I've never saw this many boats on the river at one time in my entire life. Never saw anything like it before anywhere. Barge traffic came to a full stop in both directions while the flotilla made it's way down river. The barges were blowing their horns in support as they were surrounded. (Not to mention they were carrying coal) Helicopters flying on both sides of the river. We can see probably a 6-8 mile stretch of the river and they were from one end of the valley to the other. At least the portion we could see.

I guess so. End of summer/holiday weekend probably increased their numbers but WOW there was a lot of boats. I told my wife later that for entertainment we should have went to the local boat ramp. It's comical on a normal day watching idiots try to load/unload but yesterday would have been maddening.

Naw, I don't need a bump stock, at all. In fact, I don't even own an AR type weapon. All I have is a .12 ga., a .22 and 30-06 hunting rifles, and a 9 mm sidearm that stays under the wife's side of the bed. If someone entered my residence in the night, I'd cut the breaker off and just stalk them with a hunting knife.

Ah well if you don't want it than Mr. 2A Trump can make it illegal...nuts to the law-abiding people who actually owned the things and managed to not go on mass killing sprees with them.

I'm just saying a candidate who uses "they're out to get you!" as a key point of his campaign probably shouldn't have voluntarily reduced law-abiding citizens' ability to defend themselves.

Trump has been a NYC elitist his whole life and was a democrat up until the Obama administration, the notion that the 2A crowd can trust him in his lame-duck 2nd term after what he's already said and done is what I'd call stark contrast from this idea that we are going to have to defend ourselves from his enemies.

I grew up next to Keith. He's my parents age. I drove by the event. Not to argue with an old friend (and he genuinely is, even if he did fire my father in law once), but there was maybe 200 boats max. Vehicles I can't really say. There weren't a lot there, but there were several cruising through our little town with trump flags. Maybe 100?

Maybe it's location. I know hundreds of white nationalist militia members but I've never met anyone from antifa. I'm fairly confident there is a real antifa, but I'm curious to actually meet one.
