EVERYONE knows what's at stake and they know that this will be the biggest game that a lot of them have ever played in.

Well, Brad, you know all of those things you just listed and even you are taking it for granted that we will be as good or better over the next few years.  When you think like that you don't appreciate how important it is to win now.  If you are sure you are going to be back next year then that means it is not as urgent to win now.

So if you think that way I am afraid some of the players might also.
