Bengals will likely use the argument that Higgins isn't even their top producing WR and he'd argue he can be though on any team (which I would agree).
I wouldn't be surprised to see him walk after his rookie contract.

People also need to realize that the teams that have consistently won (Patriots, Steelers) have let their really high-priced guys walk with plans to replace with cheaper options or draft picks. Sometimes this has to happen to keep the overall team competitive.

I also wouldn't be surprised to see Reader leave after his contract is up either.
I just don't think they'd pay top dollar for a 30+ year old NT.
