And think how much more it would be worth to eat, drink, and socialize for free in all the hotspots of Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, etc compared to Cincinnati.

They also pay much higher state taxes in many of those places plus a much higher cost of living in those locations.  So the comps would probably not even come close to making up for it.
