Why the **** is Jessie Bates not signed yet?

I’ve met people in my work, in my personal life, and use casually who have an inflated sense of their worth. Let’s face facts. Bates isn’t the best FS out there. He’s probably not even in the top 5. He’s a better than average FS, who is inconsistent over the course of a season. As others have said, sign the tag, come in and play lights out, and the money will come, either with the Bengals or from somewhere else.

IF not, he’s in the same boat he’s in now. It’s not like $13M isn’t among the higher amounts being paid for FS in the NFL.

He’s had the HC plead with him. He’s had Burrow plead with him. His drama is wearing on me.

Get here and play as good as you think you are. Or, sit out the season and let the team scheme around Dax. Enough is enough!

Don’t know where you are getting your information. Neither Zac or Joe pleading with him. Joe wants him to get paid and Zac stays out of it. The staff and team know his time table.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.
