In her defense, I'm pretty sure I've heard bi partisan support for this stuff.

Certain people should be sterilized.
If you can't afford to have kids, you shouldn't have kids (I feel like this would disqualify a lot of people these days)
We need to have a civil war.
We need another war to straighten out these kids.
We need to have another war and bring back the draft.
Everyone I don't like should be deported.
We should really make it harder to move to this country.

And so on and so forth.  Everyone wants fewer Americans, it's just easier now because we tend to really dislike each other.
