Each individual is responsible for their own faith or lack there of and the judge some day will be God, not man.
You're making my point for me by revealing your perception of this. You even tossed in the false belief that I'm trying to make you stop believing in god and you tossed in the usual threat of judgment.
God has been around a lot longer than the post 1980 American GOP.
