Which is totally understandable. I would rather have him starting at CB than KR/PR in the Bengals current situation. That doesn't mean that they shouldn't try to upgrade from Tate though. Can't Bernard return punts? Maybe Marvin Jones can return kicks? ANYTHING is better than running backwards.
