If you want to turn law enforcement over to free market solutions then that's fine.   It's good to see you are interested to non government solutions.     However border security is a government issue.

Now we are getting somewhere.

Illegal entry into the UNited States is just a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum of 6 months in jail or a $250 fine..  Most law enforcement agencies do not even extradite criminals from another state for such a small offense.  And of course every single one of them will be entitled to a trial.  So that is going to be expensive for taxpayers.  How much do you think you and your friends to scrape up to pay private police to handle this?

Residing in the United States without proper permission is not a criminal offense.  It is only punishable by civil action.  So how much do you think you can raise to pay private police to round all of them up?
