But this ordinance does not do that unless you listen to the echo chamber, It specifically says they cannot; it simply says you have to use the facility that matches you birth sex.

I get it, you got duped by the title of the thread and the commentary of a biased article and starting running off at the mouth, correcting folks, and such. Now you are trying to save face by coming up with bumper sticker slogans.
