Yes using the bathroom, like driving, is legal and once there is a law that states Transgenders cannot use the bathroom, I'll join you and others on the soapbox.

Your query about being cognizant of what happens in the stall next to you kind of supports my point. Should peeping Toms  be legalized? You don't know it's happening and no one is hurt.
