And as I said, I have seen it happen. I don't personally do it because I have no need to. I have never had to fudge my paperwork to make it work out right.

At what point do we actually start trusting people to do the right thing?  Don't you think there has been enough education on this matter?   There is no need to for the law to have a boot on the throat of employers
