If you're talking a peaceful group, I don't think you have a violent response whenever they peacefully assemble. But Neo Nazis aren't exactly peaceful by nature, nor are the actions carried out in their honor by guys like Timothy McVeigh.

BTW - What does the Bureau of Land Management have to do with all of this?
